Space to breathe.
Room to grow.
I'm Mark Miller, a licensed psychotherapist helping people move through anxiety, anger, stress, depression, grief, and trauma — and out the other side, steadier and more themselves.
Whatever brought you here, you don't have to carry it alone.
Most people reach out to therapy in the middle of something — not knowing quite where to start. These are the places I most often meet people.
Racing thoughts, constant worry
Learn to quiet the noise and respond to life from a steadier place.
Reactions that feel too big
Understand what's underneath the anger, and build other ways through.
Running on empty
Rebuild capacity and boundaries so you're not just surviving the week.
Low mood, low motivation
Gently rebuild momentum, connection, and a sense of possibility.
Loss and life transitions
Grieve at your own pace, in a space that doesn't rush you through it.
Difficult past experiences
Process what happened with trauma-informed care, safely and at your pace.
Grounded methods. A warm, human room to use them in.
Evidence-based, trauma-informed
My approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care. Together we identify and challenge the thoughts and beliefs that keep you stuck, and build coping skills that actually hold up in daily life.
Self-acceptance and resilience sit at the center of that work — especially through life transitions, when things can feel most unsteady.
What to expect
Therapy is a journey, and I show up to it compassionate and non-judgmental. My goal is to help you regain a sense of control, confidence, and authenticity.
We'll explore your experiences, thoughts, and emotions collaboratively — and find a pathway toward the life you actually want to be living.
A practice shaped by lived experience.
I'm Mark Miller, LCSW/LICSW, a psychotherapist providing a safe, welcoming environment to process difficult experiences and find your way back to peace.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and life's harder transitions, and I'm proud to offer LGBTQ+ affirming care. That perspective has shaped my own journey — and I deeply honor the diversity in sexuality, gender, and life experience that every client brings into the room.
All sessions are offered virtually via telehealth, with both insurance and private pay accepted.
